2002 Ford Windstar Dash Issues

Let me start by saying thanks ahead of time. I have a 2002 Ford Windstar that is having weird issues. Randomly when the van starts, all the instrument panel lights flash repeatedly on about a 1 second interval. Some time this may last 1 min and sometimes 10 minutes. After they stop flashing, none of my normal lights light up (gas light, turn signals, high beam....etc). However, all lights outside work, like my turn signals. I just have no inside indicator to show it is working. The dash does light up and the gauges do work. I have had no issues with starting or any other problems at this time. I have a video of it but not sure if I am allowed to post it here. Any ideals?

Sounds like an instrument cluster fault , but could check connections / plug at rear

No problem with posting a video of the fault on the forum, often helps.
