Last week it blew the #5 15 amp fuse under the hood for the PCM/fuel pump. Replaced the fuse-it ran fine. Now, it won't start again. I don't hear the fuel pump priming. The fuse is good. Now for the scary part -when you put a code reader on it it says" NO LINK". Thanks for any suggestions.

See if you have power at pin #16 and ground at #4. Also fuse # 17 under the dash. Check all of the fuses. Inside and under the hood. Ford OBD-II diagnostic interface pinout and wiring @ pinoutsguide.com

Bad relay. #304 position, PCM relay.

It started once after replacing the relay. Still have a link to the computer but no fuel pump-guess it's dead.
