Hello and good day:
This sounds like a Multi Switch problem, that has gone bad. This is a switch located in the Steering column. And is part of the High/Low beam...light...and turn single switch...
I would ask that you take it to your local Ford Dealer to have this checked. If you can't at present...try this....its not PC....Take the switch as noted above...Flip it up and down in rapid restion...pull the switch back and forth...some times this will loosen the connectors to work for short period of time...but will need to be replace.
