I had a swaybar break damaging the boot on the passenger side.I replaced the bar and was in the process of replacing the cv axle,when I pulled the old axle out, transmission fluid poured out. This is the first time changing out a shaft,and I don't know if it is normal.The video I watched showing the process,did not show a pan under the tranny. Help!!

Hello Bob:

when you pulled the Drive shaft out...tranny fluid came out?? This is not right...I think your shaft has broken into the Trans axle housing...
