Hi everyone! After purchasing this van (used) I am having trouble with the liftgate and the dome lights. Sometimes when I open and close the liftgate the dome lights will not go off. I have had to disconnect the battery on several occasions. Can you tell me how to recognize the switches everybody is talking about? Are they inside the latch-jaws or are they the spring-loaded things on the side of the liftgate door? Thanks for your help.
Hi rocknriter and welcome to the forums. They are in with the door latch mechanisms. Spray some WD40 up in there and open and close the doors a few times should take care of it.
