98 Windstar going

I don't know about the rest of you but I can't wait until I get this piece of junk fixed and unload it. All of the brake lines are rusted out and when I fix one, another goes. This van has always been a gas gussler, is under powered and has a terrible ride. I've owned a lot of Ford products and have been very happy with them, but whoever designed this thing should be fired.

My brother has a 98 in Michigan, has almost 200,000 miles and it's still going strong.

Maybe you've just been unlucky with yours . Brake pipes on any car of that year are a common item for needing replacing and very often a fail item on vehicles submitted for our annual test .Kept my w/shop busy many a time replacing pipes .

We're lucky here in Oregon, we don't have any rust unless we live right on the coast.
