Aerostar engine change

What is the proper procedure for changing an engine in a 96 Aerostar 3.0
Can it be taken out the front or does the front suspension need to come down?

Thumbs up Re: Aerostar engine change

All advice and the book said it must come out the bottom. I could not see why so I proceeded to take it out the front. I had no problems removing it from the front. Did not have to cut anything.
