Ok people, i have a 1991 4wd ford aerostar (extended version). I want to lift it and put 31's on it. I also want to bypass the microprocessor that turns on and off the 4wd and put it on a switch. Anyone know of anyone who has done this? Please, i beg for your help as I cant find anything anywhere on upgrading these vans. Thanks guys.

Hey, I got a 94 AWD and am looking for the same thing. I'd like to make it into a beefer 4WD. I think the 4.0V6 is strong enough, but the rest of the drive train seems weak. I'm also not sure how to beef up the suspension. So I'll add my request here as well.
