Re: brake rotors on a 95 E150, difficult to remove?
Remove the dust cap and then the cotter pin and nut cover. Remove the nut. Reomove the outer bearing/washer. Remove the rotor. Get the inner bearing out of the rotor.
Repack the bearings with grease! Install a new grease seal and install in reverse order. Make sure you do not overtighten the bearing. I get it somewhat tight, then spin the rotor, the back it off until free then tighten the nut as tight as I can with my fingers. Check for play, then install the bracket, pads, and caliper.
