Electrical Issues - 2000 3.8L windstar

Hey all. Very odd issues have started to pop up on our crudstar. For the last year or two our rear blower fan would periodically surge. Whether the fan was on or not. Lately, we've been experiencing more concerning issues.

Sometime the automatic headlamps will not work until the switch is turned on and off a couple of times. Front blend door motor stopped working (could be unrelated since these are prone to failure) and most recently runs like absolute crap. Almost like the fuel pump in only getting 1/2 power. Hold down the throttle a bit and seems to run fine. Let off the gas and stalls out. Runs like this for 2 or three cycles. After that when you get and start it up, it runs fine.

Very odd. No codes that I am aware of. I'll have them read this week...maybe something has popped up.

any suggestions of what I might start looking at first???

Thanks.
