Ford Widstar 2002 all warning lights at dash board ON

Hello to everybody! I have ford windstar 2002, I like it very much, but few weeks ago, problem with warning light appear, I came to the garage and all light was ON, I insert key and started engine, but light were ON all of them.
After that I disconnected battery for 10 sec, and light go off. I drive car to mall, and find that righ and left turn indication not works, but lamp flashing.
Tach and speedometr OK.
So now I cant leave my battery connected to the car because those warning lights can switch on any moment, and discharge battery.

I hope you will help me, because I like my ford very much!

What warning light are you referring to ? Indicators are not working but another lamp is flashing ? is that correct ? What other lights are coming on that you mention ? Could try the hazard lights on/ off a few times in case switch sticking .

All lights ON ! Indicator left-right turn not on too, after I disconected the battery for 10 sec. and started engine, I turn on left turn and right turn, the indicator not works at dash board, but outside car I see flashing signal in headlight.
