Ford Windstar Video Casette Player

Why Ford stuck with a VCP in 2003 instead of offering a DVD is beyond me! Ok I'll quit complaining, but my question is where can I obtain a drawing of the electrical connections? I have a 12VDC automotive DVD player and I would like to discard the VCP and install the DVD. I could stick with the VCP and install the DVD using the external connections, but I don't want the damned thing! I am a trained and experienced Electronics Technician, so if I can get access to a connection drawing, I'm home free! I'm sure this has been done.
Many thanks for help!
Harry

Try going to the local autozone or advanced auto parts store and getting the book for your vehicle. The electrical drawings are in the last chapter of the book.
