Freestar cruise disconnect switch

Has anybody here replaced one before?
I'm trying to figure out where the heck the darn thing is?

I've never replaced one but I'm sure it is on the master cylinder itself. That is where Ford put them on other vehicles.

It's definitely connected to the bottom of the master cylinder. Here's a picture of it:
