My low beam and daytime running light is not working on drivers side only. High beams work fine, tried replacing bulb but still have same problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Left Headlight relay. Check there first. It will be listed in the Owner's Manual.

Yes , I'm sorry it is a 1999 Windstar. Not finding any info in owners manual about left headlight relay. Any other suggestions?

A Dealership would be able to run a diagnostic scan on it and find any codes related to the DSM (Driver's Seat Module) or codes in the GEM (Generic Electronic Module) and be able to fix the problem. I had a 2004 model come in with a similar issue and it turned out to be a module.
