NeedSeriousHelp!! '92 AerostarVan w/v6 3.0

"redoing '92 ford aerostar van w/ v6 3.0 eng... had been run hot...put in rebuilt heads,set TDC,ran 15 min,sputtered & died:then (from 2/15response to 2/14post)..Details: this car came to me (had been run hot(like 10 miles +) not running when I got it. Prior to starting, I had reinstalled rebuilt heads w/new gaskets (old not blown & old heads not warped or cracked) & up from there w/new plugs&wires, new thermostat & new gaskets wherever..I checked h2o pump...its fine.. when I put new oil in I let old oil drip slowly at first from about 1 Tablespoon of antifreeze before oil started dripping. then filled w/new&new filter. Today it (never have yet gotten to timing) 1)started, idled about 5 min, has oil pressure, fan came on immediately (which I suspected bad fan clutch may have caused overheating, h2otemp didn't move(I had put in new temp sensor). 2)so turned AC on to heat engine to get h2o temp gauge to register. ran about 2-3 min then sputtered & died, h20 temp gauge had moved just above the c (for cold) & both radiator hoses were NOT hot. 3) loosened oil plug-approx 1 Tablspn antifreeze dripped before oil began drip. 4)waited 30min(incase flooded), tried(3..5-10sec turnovers) nothing. 5)removed & reattached battery ground - to clear computer junk. 6)waited 30 min-another 3..5-10 turnovers - nothing. 7)loosened oil plug- approx 1 teas antifreeze before oil dripped. 8)checked 3rd plug(easiest access) didn't appear flooded. 9) waited 15 min more - tried 5..10 to 15 sec turnovers - nothing. 10) loosened oil plug - just few drops antifreeze before oil dripped. (worst case, I fear cracked block...) ?do I need to recheck TDC & dist in case moved (possible timing belt)?-as reason won't start? Appreciate any ideas!!!!
