I replaced the driver's side strut using a spring compressor I rented from the local auto supply store. The trouble I had was putting the new strut back in because the screw for the compressor was too long and hit the strut housing - making it difficult to get the strut in the knuckle - DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THERE IS A SPECIAL KIND OF COIL SPRING COMPRESSOR TOOL NEEDED FOR THE 1999 WINDSTAR?? LET ME KNOW PLEASE
