Hi, I'm new here... my wife just purchased a 2003 windstar and I can't seem to locate the switch that turns on the factory fog lights. I've downloaded a pdf of the manual and I don't see anything mentioned in it about those lights. Can anyone offer some incite?

If you mean the small lights below the headlights, those are auxiliary park lights. My wife has a 2002 and I wondered the same thing.

oh... ok. so they come on in relation to what turn signal is used?

They are parking lights, so they come on when you turn the parking lights and headlights on.
