I got a 1999 Ford Windstar from someone and there's no manual. There is a yellow icon lite up in the lower right had corner next to windshield washer icon, if anyone knows what it is please let me know. This is a circle with lines around it and an exclamation point in the middle. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

That's a Bulb Warning light. It tells you that an exterior bulb is burned out
