pump guy Registered User Join Date: May 2010 Posts: 2	02-06 engine swap I have a 2002 F150 Flareside 4x4. Recently found a dead cylinder after a plug electrode burnt off (suspect it got stuck in a valve) Anyway I can get a engine out of and 06 F150 for a great price--anyone know if this is a diect swap?--both engines are 4.6 ltr's and the W series

360ci canuck Join Date: Nov 2007 Location: Waterloo Posts: 2,448	Re: 02-06 engine swap If the VIN numbers add up, the only thing I'd get along with the replacement engine, is that engine's computer and wiring harness.
