Bought truck new from dealer with 18 miles on it,now has 81,000 on it, 6,000 miles past warranty,still paying for truck,transmission blowsup,Ford will not talk to me, the dealer won't,the service manager won't. Now it seems to me that Ford would want to keep me, seeing as all my other vehicles have been Fords. $42,000 for a truck would seem to be incentive enough,does anyone have contact info. that I may not have tried.Blown transmission in a 4 year old truck is unacceptable,can't pay for it if I can't get to work

First, try another dealer. Then if they won't help you either, visit Ford Motor Company: Cars, Trucks, SUVs, Hybrids, Parts - Ford and contact them directly with the problem. Before you do, scan or take photos of your transmission services that you've performed. It'll help you build a case. If you haven't had the transmission serviced at all and you've been taking it to the dealer, then you can argue that they didn't recommend the service to you - but that's a long shot.

I have a 2000 expedition and I had transmission seize after warranty as well and Ford Company will not do anything about it.... now today the rear differential blow up and even blowing up the cover inside out... !!!!!!!!!
