I recently bought an 07 F150 Harley Edition and the previous owner did not take care of the piano black high gloss instrument panels, is there anything I can do to revive these panels, some are worse than others.. majorly scratched or dull... any product that will bring these back to life??

I've had god luck with Mcguiars and Mothers products. If the scratches are deep, there's not much you can do except for shop around salvage yards for a replacement same colour panel. As for a specific product, there are too many on the market to name but keep in mind you generally get what you pay for.
