I recently installed a cold air intake and a throtle body spacer on my F150 and now my truck is reading a obd II error saying my truck is running to lean, any ideas how to make that go away for good?

You cannot add that kind of equipment to the later trucks because of the complex intake system.
It upsets the calibration of the Mass Air flow meter.
This has been the case since about 2005 after the computer system was upgraded to the CAN system and changes made to the intake air hardware.
Throttle body spacers don't do anything for performance.
The small extra system intake length is not enough to ever make a difference.
Remove the changes and see if the issue goes away.
