07 F250 5.4 engine no power

Brought the truck to the Stealership and just as I predicted they found nothing wrong....$150.00 out the window.

So I step on the gas and the more the pedal goes down the more it bogs down and wants to stall.
So far I have: Changed the fuel filter
Cleaned the MAS
Changed the air filter
checked for vacuum leaks
Ran a few tanks of injector cleaner ...
Some codes showed up at autozone when the check engine light came on
0171, 0191...lean codes

So what's next to check? o2 sensor? Bad Cat? Fuel sensor? fuel pump?
I dont wanna start throwing money at parts... thanks in advance

P0191 is the fuel rail pressure sensor. if the dealer saw them, they'd know what to check. I'd check back with the service manager.

Re: 07 F250 5.4 engine no power

First, are you telling us the dealer did not see these codes?
Second the 171 is ok but you got the second one wrong.
191 should be a 174.
Those two codes go togather for an air leak in the intake tract for both banks.
Look over and feel all the rubber fitting for being hard cracked or soft and letting air into the intake tract. Don't miss any.
This causes the fuel tables to shift out of limits, setting the codes and changing the engine fueling.
It's not the OX sensors or fuel filter doing this.
Cats could be restricted but clear the cause of the codes first.
Good luck.

You may need to go to another dealer with such poor experience with the last one.
BTW, you throttle operation is electronic not mechanical adding more complexity.
Good luck.
