redhotnrollin Registered User Join Date: Mar 2008 Posts: 27	1975 Ford HIgh Boy Question. I own a 1975 Ford F250, it has a NP205 transfercase and an NP435 tranny, but i had a leak in the tranny and in the tranforcase, but lucky me, i had another 75 ford frame out back with the tranny and transforcase so i swaped them. The first gear for the NP435 is 6.69, but since the change my truck doesnt seem as fast as before. were there any variations on the NP435s. it is a VERY noticable difference. The grannie gear before was slow but now its VERY SLOW, thing could pull a house down. You guys know anything i dont? Thanks
