I need help!!! I have a 1981 f600 with a 370 in it. I need to set timing but cannot find any info. Does anyone have the timing specs on this engine?

The only books I have are for 'normal' ford trucks and no listing for a 370.
There is supposed to be a label under the hood.Guessing would say timing would be between 6 and 10 BTDC, but that is only a guess.

370 ?
cant help there but I suggest you start at 8 deg static and then tune for smooth idla while running and advance until it pings then back off ( use a modest slope to test)
