Kermit1958 Registered User Join Date: Jan 2010 Posts: 1	1989 F350 351M engine swap I just got a 1989 4x4 F359 Crew Cab with a blown engine. I have a 1978 F150 4x4 with a 351M engine that works perfectly. My question is can I swap that engine and drive train into the 1989 F350? The body on the 1978 is shot but the drive train is great. Both are automatics. The 1989 had the 351 EFI in it.
