I put in a new fuel filter and there is lots of pressure but the truck won't run. Occasionaly it will idle for 5 or 10 minutes. It sat with stale gas for a few years. Could something be blocked past the filter? Or....?
I Sounds like maybe the fuel injectors might be cloged up? sounds like its only getting enough gas to just to idle so id try cleaning the injectors out and that will most likely solve your problem.
