What kind of mileage are you getting and what do you think you should be getting?
Did you gap the plugs correctly?
You can also look at: distributor cap, rotor, coil, air filter (get a K&N), toe in/out, timing, use a nice synthetic oil like Royal Purple, replace 02 sensors, clean the injectors, clean the throttle body, etc. Keep the tailgate up when driving (moving air over the bed creates a swirling air bubble in the bed and the other air floats over the bubble of air making you aerodynamic).
Hell, according to Obama, just fill your tires will air and that will save a ton (btw: it won't save a ton but it might add 1-3%)!
You could also check the drag on the rear brakes.
