Blanco Hot rod trucks! Join Date: Jul 2007 Location: Rio Rancho, NM Posts: 2	1997 F250 HD Power Whats up? Looking to beef up the power in the 97 F250 HD, any info about the computer chip, air intake, Nitrous or Exhuast would be helpful, Im finding it hard to find things for this particular Ford. I did Y the 2.5 inch pipe behind the cat to get -2- 2.5 inch pipes out the rear, I was told by the shop this may actually decrease horsepower & gas milage do to the backpresure loss. Its surprisingly Quiet even with no mufflers, I would like a little more bark, could the stock cat be the problem? Any info or site suggestions for parts would be appreciated! Oh yeah, its a 351w 5.8 with an exhuast sensor just before the cat. Thanx. Blanco
