gerard Registered User Join Date: May 2007 Posts: 1	1999 f-250 7.3 poor gas milage I find there is only "true power" when im in the higher RPM range, lower RPM is seems to be doggy and slow to respond. Also, when cruising at 80 km/hr (50 MPH) it makes a whissling sound, i give it more gas, and the sound goes away and i get more power. (is there some kind of overflow or dump valve in the turbo system?) Any replies would be appreciated
