2000 f150 4.2v6 very rough idle and sulfur smell

It almost sounds like it has jumped timing, spitting and sputtering while driving...bad sulfur smell after it warms up, changed coil pack, didn't help. any ideas?

Or could be coil on plug / plugs faulty and cat just doing it's job with the unburnt fuel not being used ?

Battery is good, alternator is good. I changed coil pack, wires and plugs. No difference
