2000 F350 Oil Pan Removal

Can anybody tell me if the engine needs to be lifted in order to remove the oil pan?

You will need to remove the engine completely! I tried raising one to change it, but ended up pulling it all the way out due to safety, room, and proper prepping of the gasket surfaces.
