I have a 2003 7.3 Stroke that won't start when it's cold. Batteries are good, alternator is good. Yesterday I had to turn the ignition about 20 times to get enough hot air in there to start the thing up. Plugged it in last night started up fine (only got down to about 30 degrees last night). I have heard about the glow plug relay sensor going out but wanted to get some advise before I bought one. Thanks for your time!

i had a 97 7.3 that did the same thing and i had to replace all of the glow plugs and that is a JOB!! IDK about the relay?? sorry
