cottonboll7 Registered User Join Date: Jun 2007 Posts: 2	2003 F-250 Transmission temp guage problem I am new to this forum so please bear with me. I have a 2003 F-250 Super Duty 4 door Lariat and occasionally the temp sensor for the transmission will jump back and forth from hot to cold. Sometimes it will stay on hot even on a cold strat morning it will read hot in 5 minutes of idle. When the gauge reads hot the transmission goes into default where it wll not shift into overdrive leaving me to drive in 3rd gear. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
