I am having a problem with a 03 F350 grinding brakes and heating up the rotors. Also there is lose of braking when brakes get warm and comes back after brakes cool off. I have been told that it might be an ABS problem but I am not totally convinced. Can anyone help.
Grinding brakes is really bad. Most likely the brake pad or pads are shot. Pull the wheels and check both sides. You will either need to have your rotors turned, (if there is enough metal left), or replace them, along with new pads. You could also have a sticking caliper.
