The 6.0 relies on oil pressure to "fire" the injectors and they will get noisy if the oil is contaminated. Check for proper oil level and check for oil contamination. Change the oil and filter if any there's any doubt about contamination. Especially check for coolant in your oil. EGR coolers are a common problem with these engines and they will cause coolant to mix with your oil when they fail.
