Truck starting hard. Pretty sure battery is dying. Cleaned and tightened battery and starter connections. According to guage, alternater kicking out about 13.5v, and off and with ignition forward, guage showing that battery is lower, probably around 12v.
Like I said, it looks like the battery. But, I did notice that sometimes when I start the truck or turn the ignition forward, all of my guages flutter in their home positions for 5 seconds or so before displaying correctly. It doesn't do it all the time. Could I be looking at another problem here, or does it all still point to the battery? Thanks.
