ironplug Registered User Join Date: May 2009 Posts: 3	2005 F150FX4 Air bag wiring assembly recall #11S18 I just had this recall #11S18 repaired at my dealer yesterday!Today when I was driving my truck it started shimmying and shaking at the highway speed I was doing,I pulled over shut my truck off and looked if anything was wrong with my wheels,nothing was wrong!Started the truck up again and started driving,the air bag sensor light came on and then I noticed I was losing charging power,I was in the middle of nowhere so I kept driving till I lost all my battery power and the fuel pump shut off.My alternator is shot and I got my truck towed back to the dealer. I noticed my battery was not disconnected when my dealer did the recall repair to the air bag wiring assembly,could this have damaged my alternator?
