2007 F150 -- noise while driving - Ford Forums - Mustang Forum, Ford Trucks, Ford Focus and Ford Cars

I just bought a 2007 Ford F150 XLT. This is my 2nd week having it and yesterday I noticed while driving that there was a noise coming from what seemed like the air vent (on the driver's side). It sounded like air "leaking" (hope that makes sense). I thought maybe it was the a/c so I turned it off and the noise persisted. When I parked the truck and turned the engine off I got out and put my ear near the engine/driver side door and I could hear the same noise (or something similar). Any idea what this could be?

A vacuum leak? Is your air flow only working in the "windscreen" position?
