3 Questions about the evolution of F-150 5.0 L. engine(ok 4+1 bonus)

#1.What is the first year Ford upgraded from speed density to MAF? #2.What is the first year the spark gap changed from .044 to.054? #3.What is the first year a single O2 sensor mounted before Cat. converter, was added to with another O2 sensor mounted after the Cat. converter #4What was the last year the speedo was cable driven? #5The bonus Question(only reason for the first 4) Is there an F-150 w/ a 302, MAF sensoring, .054 plug gaping. pre & post Cat. O2 censoring, cable speedo driving, OBD1 system using truck at a "Pick your part"yard somewhere out there just waiting for the chance to donate it's brain & wiring harness and whatever else might prove necessary to improve the performance potential of my poor rebuilt engine & tranny 87'? Maybe even return a smile to the face of a 54 year old polish child again!
