What's the mileage and year of the vehicle? Does this shutter you feel occur in overdrive, or with overdrive locked out (generally 3rd gear)? I would drive the vehicle in 3rd gear if it's a four speed, up to 50mph and see if the shutter returns. It might be something as simple as getting the tires balanced. A tire rotation is another way to check as the solid rear axle should wear the tires evenly and moving them to the front will let you know if it is tire related.
