Our '06 F450 6.0L dump truck has been starting real rough the last few weeks. We have to crank it 4-5 times before it finally catches and then it idles rough for a few minutes before finally settling in. Any ideas why?

Mine did the same thing back in Feb this year, almost stranded me at work one night. took it to the delaer the next day and they installed a new FICM. Fortunatly it was still under 100K / 5 years so FOMOCO paid for it. This condition came on fairly quick too, the whole episode only lasted about 4 days fornm the first slow start / no-start until the fix at the dearlership.
