as soon as it starts it jumps to 1/4 - half throttle without moving any linkage or throttle, the lever on the injector pump does not move, and the idle is through the roof, and then it calms back down after a min and then it jumps from a low idle back up and then back down agian, could this be like a fuel filter prob?
