78 f-250 axles in a 93 f-150
I have a 78 f250 low boy 4x4 stick, and a 93 f150 4x4 auto and what im wanting to do is put the 78's front and rear axles, drive shaft, transfer case and manual 4 spd trans, in the 93 what i was wanting to know is what problems should i be looking for and what to address first, how hard of a job is this, if anyone has ever done this, any pointers would be great both trucks have the same wheel base i am a certified welder so custom fabrication isn't a problem what will this do to the computer if any. and my rear end in the 93 has an electronic speed sensor I am pretty sure the 78 does not, the 78 has front and rear leafs the 93 rear leafs and ifs with coils. I think this is a great idea and would like to see what other peoples input is on this, any ideas are greatly appreciated.
