Question 79 350 add-a-leafs question

i have a 79 f350 and i want to put a lift on it but still be able to do other things with it. so i found some add a leafs for the back and dont know what to put in the front. is there such things as add a leafs for the front? i dont want to buy a lift kit for it. i just want a 2-3 inch lift.

I would just use blocks and longer U-bolts to bring up the rear. As far as the front im not for sure unless you get drop spindles.

this will be my first truck and it was an old ranch feed truck. it will probably haul heavy loads off and on. will the rear leaf springs be able to handle it?

I bet it would. It's a F-350 so it's a heavy duty truck to begin with.
