Frome what I understand in 79 they weighted the balancer. My truck shakes uncontrollably right now. I'm hoping it's either the balancer or flywheel. Can I interchange balancers from a car 460 to a truck? They are both 79s. Is there a better way of doing this? The timing chain was changed shortly before the motor started to vibrate. I'm assuming the mechanic damaged the balancer some how. Any suggestions would be helpful

If it started right away, it could be the balancer. Does it do it setting still and all RPMs?
