I posted a thread on the ranger site about required information on a 2.2 (or 2.3) diesel engine from a Ford ranger '83. Most likeley it's a Mazda 2.2Litre, but I still want to know the HP rating from these engines, ETC..... The post is still there with a TON of other Q's I had about the motor/4-speed trans I'm getting. Any info would be greatly appreciated..... THX! :)

You have about 90hp you can put anything you want in the box,and still do 65mph but donot try to pull a trailor with it. When mine was all tuned up it averaged 48-52MPG. It died at 624,000KLM.
