soobad Registered User Join Date: Sep 2005 Posts: 1	1988 Ford F-250 9 mpg with a diesel YIKES hello I have a 1988 ford f-250 with 218,000 miles a 7.3 diesel with an automatic and I'm only getting 9 mpg the engine seams to be running fine, anyone with idea to improve the mpg, someone told me that my clutch fan may be bad would that make a big difference and what kind of mpg should I be getting
