91 F150 5.0 work in 96?
Using Wikipedia as a reference, this engine has the exact same specs as one that was put into 92 and 93 models. Anyone know if the engine mounts are different in any way within the 9th generation F250's and if they changed from the previous generation of trucks?
8th generation:
5.0 L V8 1987-91 185 hp (140 kW) 270 lb·ft (365 N·m) EFI
9th generation:
5.0 L V8 1992-93 185 hp (140 kW) 270 lb·ft (365 N·m)
I can get the whole truck to work with, so I can rip out the electronics easy. I have this engine in my 96 250:
4.9 L I6 1994-96 150 hp (110 kW) 260 lb·ft (352 N·m)
