93 f-150 351w wont start

JohnryanH228 Registered User Join Date: Nov 2009 Posts: 30	93 f-150 351w wont start ran out of gas, we put more gas in it. and the spark plug fell out. we tightened all the spark plugs back down. but its just turning over, but no start. like no spark. what can i check for that?
